Then I die cut 6 of the smaller flowers, also from white card stock. I looked through my inks to find a rainbow of colors I thought looked good together. Using ink blending brushes, I colored the white flowers in the rainbow hues. I did it this way because I didn't necessarily have the card stock colors I wanted, but I did have the ink colors.
Once I had all of that done, I arranged them in ROYGBV order. Try as I might, though, I just couldn't find a way to make all six flowers look good. I ended up removing the green flower altogether and just using green in the leaves. Having only the five flowers, with the yellow at the center, was much more pleasing compositionally. The vein lines on the flowers also have Wink of Stella on them, and I went over the little dots in the centers with a gold pen.
All of the elements were adhered onto a white panel die cut with the Card Front Element Builder die. The unicorn's eyelashes were stamped in black but embossed in clear to give them some shine. Finally, I added in a few of the star clusters including in the stamp set around the top in Soft Stone ink.
Thanks for reading and I hope the little girl liked her birthday card!
