Happy Summer
Summer is officially here so I thought I would share a summery card. This one uses an old SU! favorite, Flower Filled. The small flowers were stamped with Ruby Red ink and the larger ones were rock 'n rolled with Rose Romance and Ruby Red. I used a magenta sharpy to color in clear rhinestones for the flower centers. It actually matches fairly well!
I used a Martha Stewart punch for the butterflies, and then stamped them with the polka dot image from Itty Bitty Backgrounds. The blue panel was impressed with my Wood Grain impression plate and then inked around the edges with Tea Dye. That panel is popped up with foam tape. A little bit of twine finished it off!
Thanks for stopping by!

Ah, I wish it would feel more summer like outside. Very nice choice of colors and I love the simplistic design!
I agree! It's raining cats and dogs here, but this card is a little bit of sunshine. I love how cheerful the colors are.
